Technical Writer - Corrigo

JLLT's cutting-edge facilities management platform, Corrigo, empowers our users to transform their building and facilities management operations. The Corrigo platform enables our clients to connect with the right resources, maximize savings, leverage advanced data analytics and integrates with their existing systems and scales to fit their needs.

As a Technical Writer for Corrigo platform, you will:

• Work directly with Engineering, Product, Support, and Sales to deliver best-of-breed documentation that ensures customer success
• Produce documentation with unified examples, consistent style, and jaw-dropping quality
• Work with the marketing team to publish documentation in an SEO-friendly, searchable, browsable, and automated way
• Document key features/modules in suite of Corrigo products
• Write user guides, workflows, release notes and best practices
• Maintain clarity and structure across documentation
• Interact with functional teams (PM, CS, and Product Marketing) to formulate the scope and direction of documentation
• Respond to internal and external feedback to update documentation
• Set up user portal and document management services

Education and experience

• 5+ years of experience writing technical documentation
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a modern documentation toolchain
• Experience using reStructuredText, Markdown, or equivalent
• Experience documenting both web and mobile applications
• Bachelor's Degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, Learning Technology, or related field

Bonus qualifications

• Experience documenting products with voice user interfaces and/or conversation design, e.g. digital assistants, chatbots
• Experience documenting products leveraging AI and machine learning
• Experience with agile and scrum practices
• Working knowledge of Confluence and Jira
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and in a fast-paced, dynamic and ambiguous environment
