Responsibilities

Engineering Technical Writers at MathWorks:

• Write goal-oriented documentation and examples.
• Apply their technical expertise to create compelling documentation.
• Work with product, marketing, and quality engineering teams to understand customer use cases.
• Help develop and enhance online resources.

Minimum Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and 5 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree, or equivalent experience) is required.

Additional Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to learn and explain technical concepts and procedures.
• Engineering hardware or software experience.
• Experience writing content for technical audiences.
• MATLAB and Simulink experience

Plusses:

• Simscape experience
• CFD experience
• Experimental thermal and fluid experience
